One dozen blue corn tostaditas with Halibut cooked in citrus, rested in herbs, celery, onion, cilantro, minced manzano & serrano chiles.

EL GRINGO TACO BAR
Shredded Chicken or Shredded Beef - $110
1 gallon of meat - approximately 40 tacos
Includes 2 quarts of shredded lettuce, 1 quart shredded cheese, 1 quart of pico de gallo, 1 quart of salsa, 5 dozen tortillas or 40 crispy taco shells.
TAQUIZA FOR SIX - $150
Skirt steak, chicken breast & tiger shrimp over caramelized onions. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeño salsa & choice of tortillas.
ENCHILADAS [15 PER PAN]
Minimum order is 1 pan
Choose one filling per pan:
• Chicken and cheese topped with tomatillo sauce - $60
