Taco Rosa will host a festive Cinco de Mayo celebration, complete with a pop-up Barbacoa Taco Stand! Guests can enjoy Beef Barbacoa Tacos on pressed blue corn tortillas with choice of salsa all day for $3 each. The Barbacoa will transport guests to the Tulancingo, Hidalgo region of Mexico, where marinated beef wrapped in roasted pencas is slowly cooked in steam with seasonings for 10 hours until it's extremely tender. 

It wouldn't be a proper Cinco de Mayo fiesta without Taco Rosa's famous handcrafted margaritas, made with freshly squeezed juices and quality tequila. Throughout the day, guests will also have the opportunity to sample and enjoy drink specials from Código 1530 Tequila and Azuñia Tequila.
