BASE CHARGES
The Catering charge will be a minimum of $500, or this base charge will be 30% of the total purchase when your purchase exceeds $1,700 .
CATERING BASE CHARGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING
• On-site logistics pre-consultation: a meeting will be scheduled and held on-site at your chosen venue location to finalize menu prior to the event.
• Professional service personnel for a buffet style of service
• Tables, skirts, table cloths, and decor for food stations
• Chafing dishes and serving utensils
• Paper goods (plates, napkins, and disposable utensils)
• Operating supplies (sterno, fuel, & auto)
• Setup and cleanup
This Catering Base Charge excludes your purchase, gratuity, and/ or additional services.
Gratuity Charge is estimated at 18% of the total purchase.
A Catering proposal showing charges and breakdown will be submitted prior to the onsite meeting. Following the selection of your menu and acceptance of our event proposal, a deposit will be required to confirm your event date. This deposit will be due prior to or at the time of your on-site meeting.
