• Pozole de Puerco - hominy & pork stew with cabbage, cilantro, onion, radish & lime
• Hearts of Romaine Salad - pumpkin seeds, heirloom tomato & queso fresco with choice of dressing

Second Course - Choice of
• King Tostada - Lime corn chips, beans, pibil sauce, melted cheeses, topped with hearts of romaine tossed in a lime/olive oil vinaigrette, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, jicama and carrot, topped with your choice of steak, chicken breast or wild salmon
• Mexico City Enchiladas - hand pulled chicken, tomatillo sauce, melted cheese, queso and crema frescos. Served with rice, refried beans & escabeche
• Carne Asada Burrito - Marinated charbroiled skirt steak, refried pinto beans and cheeses topped with pibil sauce and melted cheese in a flour tortilla. Served with Mexican rice, sour cream & escabeche.
• Rosa Combo - Blackened chicken taco and cheese enchilada served with Mexican rice and refried pinto beans.
• Quesadilla Vegetarian - Portobello mushrooms, avocado, grilled onions and tomato on a flour tortilla, served with escabeche and sour cream.

• Shrimp ceviche tostaditas - topped with refried beans, cabbage, shrimp 
• Fresh masa vegan quesadillas - achiote corn masa quesadilla stuffed with huitlacoche, squash blossom, roasted corn & mushroom, served with guacamole
• Taquitos - a pair of beef or chicken, served with guacamole, queso & crema 


Second Course - Choice of
• Taquiza - skirt steak, chicken breast & tiger shrimp over caramelized onions, served with Mexican rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeno salsa & choice of tortillas
• Rosa Bowl - choice of steak, blackened chicken breast or wild salmon on a bed of white butter rice, black beans, sautéed spinach, zucchini's, roasted corn, carrot & jicama 
• Rosa Fajitas - choice of steak, chicken breast or wild shrimp, sautéed with sofrito, wine, onions, red chile & tomato caldillo sauces & finished with garlic butter, served with Mexican rice, refried beans, guacamole, cilantro sprigs & choice of tortillas
